Advanced Wax Working with Steve Kriechbaum
Saturday and Sunday, May 21-22, 11 am-4 pm
Learn to work with wax wire and sheet to fabricate intricate pieces in wax that can be cast in precious metals. Learn how to build up your design from small wax shapes rather than carving down from a wax block. Learn fabrication techniques; learn to attach wax elements using different tools. Focus on constructing a fabricated pendant. We will focus solely on wax working and will not cast our pieces in class. Pieces can be cast at Creative Side for an additional cost.
