Bracelet Forming: Using the Hydraulic Press with Tom and Kay Benham
Saturday + Sunday, April 14-15, 10am-6pm
Discover the power and efficiency of the hydraulic press. Learn how to duplicate shapes and designs by creating dies or templates. We will explain how the hydraulic press works and discuss its care, maintenance and safety issues for its operation. See demos on types of dies for both forming and cutting and creating simple texture plates (students will create their own texture plate). Learn how to create concave and convex formed bracelets (students will create one of each). Copper will be used for all demos but feel free to bring your own silver or purchase it from Creative Side. Come make some bracelets with us! ★ No Experience Necessary
