Jewelry Design for Wax Carving 3407 with Courtney Gray

(4 classes) 3/25-4/15 (Thurs) 5:30 PM-8:30 PM

Learn the ancient technique of the lost-wax process. Create a master design out of wax, and then mold and cast your carved pieces into silver or gold. You will participate in the casting process and walk away with your own original piece of jewelry. Possibilities include rings, pendants, broaches or earrings. Learn the tricks of the trade that can take years to discover on your own, while working one-on-one in the studio with a professional wax carver and jeweler.

Price includes $33 for some supplies. Silver will be purchased in class by weight. $134
