How to Register
Registration for classes is available online or by phone.
::Online: Click here to be directed to the classes page. Select from the list of classes available in the current semester for detailed descriptions and to register/pay online.
::Phone: Call 512-799-0589 to register over the phone or if you need assistance with the registration process.
REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration will be open until the class begins or when full. We will not turn away students if possible but that being said, please register as soon as possible to secure your spot because classes fill up fast!
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. Students who register by phone can pay over the phone by credit card, in person at the studio with card/cash/check, or by mail by sending a check (please do not mail cash) to the address listed below. Please note that if you're paying by check, your spot will not be secured until your payment has cleared ($30 fee for returned checks). WITHDRAWAL/TRANSFER
Students who would like to withdraw from a class must do so 10 days prior to the start of class. Because last minute vacancies are hard to fill (even with a waiting list), there will be a drop fee of 10% of the original tuition and the student will be refunded or credited the remaining amount. There are no transfers or refunds for students who missed classes or withdraw later than 10 days prior to the start of class. Transfers between classes, however discouraged, will be allowed for classes up to one month before the start of either class.
CANCELLATION
The Creative Side reserves the right to cancel classes at any time. Cancellations may be due to conflicts in the schedule or to low enrollment. In the unlikely occasion that it is necessary to cancel a class, we will notify registered students by phone or email and refund the full tuition amount.
